   I am not a complainer, I just feel very dissapointed. The table we were initially seated at was unclean, and we notified the staff that the seating area was sticky, resulting in them promptly relocating us to a different section. Our server, Hailey, provided exceptional service. However, our food took an hour to arrive, during this time, all five tables surrounding us, which arrived after we did, received their food and departed before we were even acknowledged by a manager. The manager stated that the kitchen was backed up, which was a lie, everyone got served, but us. We were willing to be patient, but then another 15 minutes elapsed, when I decided to speak with a manager, our food arrived five minutes after, and the manager or assistant delivering it seemed rushed. I expressed that the hour-long plus wait was unacceptable, and we wished to leave, a decision that allowed us to take control of our experience. The manager/assistant responded stating that we were free to leave without worrying about the tab, which consisted of three drinks over the course of an hour+, however her attitude was very disregarding toward us. As frequent visitors, holding them accountable was necessary. We pay for their membership, and we always love to visit this place 4+ times a month... to be honest I feel very dissapointed for the service and be just dismissed, the manager turned around with the food and left.

   It was a a great time. Food and service were outstanding. Good way to celebrate my birthday. I will go again. Jacob was fantastic. His service was on point. Nice and polite, very attentive.

   Our server jack went above and beyond. Food is always fantastic but his service standards made our evening. Keep him around as I would request him every time!

   This was our second time at Cooper's Hawk. As with our first visit, the wine, food, desert, and service were all exceptional. We are already planning our next visit.

   Totally different experience tonight. Food was not right. Maui Maui was small and there was one tablespoon of potatoes. Food was delayed over 30 minute wait. Wedge salad had rusted lettuce for the outer pieces! This rigatoni was cold. This is our favorite place but so disappointing tonight and we had out of state guests with us. Not sure what their issue was waitress said it was all of their regular chefs.

   Always a great food, salmon with wasabi mash is so wonderful. CH Bloody Mary is worth it and comes with skewer of antipasto ( cheese, stuffed olive, sausage, pickel etc.)

    This was our first time back to Cooper's Hawk after a horrible experience last year. I have to say that it was a fantastic night. Our server, Karen, was awesome. Very personable and knew her stuff. No pressure all night but at the same time kept things moving, unlike last time when we felt like we were being held hostage and the service was awful. The food was really good (my husband had the scallops season special and I had the pork chop). For wine, we had the SAG red and it was a very good choice. We feel much better about going back again and will go back sooner rather than later.
