   Having eaten at CH in Illinois quite a bit over the years, after moving here I decided to take my team out for a nice meal at CH for our end of year Christmas diner. Our table was ready right on time based on our reservation for 9. They brought us to a table for 8 and had to quickly grab another chair and place setting for the end of the table for the 9th person. I have always enjoyed the life balance salmon with the spinach and marzano tomato sauce. Tonight I was disappointed with the salmon. It seems like they over cooked it or something, it was tough, not tender like I'm used to. Our table all got their food at the same time except one person who ordered the shrimp scampi. His came out after we were all nearly finished. I can't explain it because shrimp is the fastest item to cook. The rest of the table seemed pleased with their meals. I hope it was an off night and not due to being in a different state, I've been so excited to have a CH near me as a taste from home.

   Our group of 5 had dinner for the holidays. Get there before 5:30 for happy hour. The service and food was terrific. The dinner special, butternut squash ravioli stuffed with lobster, was so good! Everyone loved what they ordered and the atmosphere was lively but not too loud so that we could talk. Highly recommend!

   We had a wonderful dinner, always do, just cannot seem to find the right time for the noise level. Noise level is too loud for a quiet evening out. Normally eat about 1830-1900, however tried today at 1700 and was just as loud. Other than the noise level, it’s a wonderful restaurant.

   As always, we were not disappointed with our meal. However, what made it even more exceptional was our server, Jade! She is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I feel like we got spoiled and now I only want to sit in her section next time I go back.

   We had a very nice experience at Cooper's Hawk in Gilbert. The food was delicious. Our server was great. The only complaint was we had made a reservation for 6:30 and were not seated until almost 7 pm. I think the restaurant needs to make some adjustments to the number of reservations they are taking if it takes that long to seat people.

   We’ve eaten many times at Cooper’Hawk in Gilbert. It’s a lovely restaurant with a good menu and wine choice. The noise level is always extremely loud. We had an outstanding waitress named Stephanie who was so gracious and helpful when describing some of the dishes and helping with a wine choice. She truly added to our enjoyable evening. The one negative was the coleslaw on my salmon dinner plate. It was very dry with no flavor. Disappointing! However, the salmon and potatoes were excellent.

   Jade is a great waitress. Food was excellent as always. Little busy and slow on cocktails but to be expected at this time of the year.

    Had our first dining experience at CH and I have to say it was our server, George, that truly made this a memorable and amazing evening. It was my husbands birthday and we were able to get most of our adult children & our grandchildren all around the table making this a very special meal for us. George was beyond exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the menu items, their vast selection of wine (and there are hundreds if not thousands of options) as well as top shelf spirits. As for the food, I will say it was okay - for the price, I had higher expectations but I could easily look past this because our service was so great. We would return again if we could guarantee we'd have George. If you go, make sure you request him - he will make any special occasion that much more special. Thanks, George - we had an amazing time!!
