Usually our experince at Cooper's Hawk been good. Food is delicious and in good quality. Unfortunately this particular visit wasn't so much. It must have been the staffing issues that day, service was very, very slow, food was bit subpar from their usual standard. So we ended up not being a great value and visit for us.

The food and service were great! A good value for the quality. HOWEVER, the atmosphere was terrible. The lighting in the dining room on New Year's Eve was like a hospital operating room. It literally hurt our eyes and caused us to have headaches while eating. We were told be two employees that the lights were replaced two weeks earlier and they were not able to dimm them. This is an inexcusable situation that should have been corrected within 24 hours of discovery. To still have the problem after 2 weeks says to me that the management does not care enough about the dining experience to get creative to solve the problem. We can all have great food at home, part of the dining experience is the atmosphere - especially on New Year's Eve. This was a big fail for managment.

Nicole was an excellent server. Food was good and presented well. It was extremely noisy but expected for New Year’s Eve. It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant and my fellow patrons were extremely uncomfortable. We’ve been several times before with no issues so we will return

Thank you for a wonderful New Year's evening dinner as we celebrated my wife's first day with another couple. It was our first time at Cooper’s Hawk winery and although we did not have time to have a tasting we were overwhelmed by the quality of the food and service and generally good vibe at the restaurant. The chef's suggestion, mushroom flatbread was outstanding, as was the braised rib and jambalaya that we shared. Our desserts were also scrumptious, the warm cookie and ice cream as well as the Key Lime pie. Our waiter, Reggie, was helpful and went out of his way to make our experience a wonderful one. We were on our way from Canada to southern Florida and are overjoyed to find out that one of your locations is within 15 minutes of where we are staying. We can't wait to try some of the other food and wines on your menu. Thank you so much.

Table of 8 Everyone’s food besides one came out correct. One entree must have not been submitted to the kitchen at all. Thankfully, I took my child snacks since our 5:45 reservation turned into a dinnertime of 7:45. The only thing speedy was drinks and salads. Service was very slow.
