Once again the food and service were outstanding! We were immediately seated at our reservation time which is always pleasing, especially when the restaurant is busy. Our server, Jasmine arrived with in a minute of being seated. She was friendly and extremely helpful with menu and wine selections. Her excellent service and energetic personality made our dining experience that much better! Our meals were served quickly and the food was delicious (as always)! And the wine pairings were incredible!

12/10 My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinning experience! Our server Julie was super helpful, answered questions about the menu, and informed us about the wine club. All the food came out in a timely fashion, was cooked to our liking, and overall absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff that made our night special, we will be back soon!

We had a 5:30 reservation. It was not busy at all when we got there. Our waitress was really nice and got us our drinks and even refilled our water. After an hour though, business started to pick up and our waitress never came back. We never got refills on our diet Pepsi nor asked if we wanted another glass of wine. We were finished with our meals and waited for thirty minutes for her to offer us to-go boxes. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes to get a check. The food was good, so that wasn't the issue. Not sure if the waitress forgot about us, but I would think twice about returning to that location even though it is ten minutes away from me. As soon as it started getting busy, we felt forgotten and couldn't get her attention for the check since we wanted to leave and get home.

We enjoyed another great evening at Coopers Hawk Kildeer. We choose Coopers Hawk not only for their great drinks, food preparation and portions, but also because they have substantial Gluten-Free options and dedicated fryers so everyone can enjoy. They take allergy consciousness seriously. While Kyle our server was prompt, courteous, and engaging I have to say the entire staff gave us a feeling they truly appreciated our choice dining with them. Everyone we spoke with or even passed in the hallway smiled and made eye contact. The Pretzel bread (including Gluten-Free bread) along with appetizers (Calamari & Brussel Sprouts) were the perfect size for our party of five(5) to share. We enjoyed a variety of dishes (Chicken, Pretzel-Crusted Pork Chops, Spaghetti w/Meatballs, Gnocchi Alla Vodka, and Salad w/Chicken & Avocado), all delicious. Flourless cake and two other desserts were shared and delicious. Overall highly recommended as we have had consistent high quality food and service at this location.

We come here often. At least monthly. Service is hit or miss regularly. Our server tonight was spread too thin. Our table of 8 (6 were 18 and younger) was there for 2hr 45min! This is because service was so slow in taking orders, cleaning the table before desert, brought out bday desert BEFORE even taking the rest of our desert orders… disappointing experience. Should have been there 1.5hrs. Kids were frustrated and hungry most the time. Brought out the wrong appetizer order as well, adding to delays. Food was good.
