I have never had a bad experience at this location until yesterday. I had made a reservation for my birthday with some friends. We waited 30 minutes for a water and bread. And another 30 for our sangria. The service was absolutely terrible and I have never had that before at this location. I was very disappointed that I chose this place to celebrate my birthday and the waitress never recognized the birthday when it was on the table topper for the reservation. Never received the birthday truffles. The manager was extremely receptive to the situation and gave me a bottle of wine for the circumstance. I’d love to come back but don’t want to experience this again.

It was my wife's 71st birthday. She had the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon. She loved it. I had a taste and I agreed. I had the Surf & Turf and selected the Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak and the Ahi Tuna. First, the carrots and mushrooms were delicious. The Tuna was great, especially with the ginger and horseradish sauce. The steak was a little gutty, cooked well and had a good taste overall but I wasn't overly impressed. The potatoes were good but nothing to brag about. We had a bottle of their Malbec, very nice. A little over priced and I thought there was a little too much pushing on the wine club. I was surprised that there was not even a small token desert for my wife's birthday. And when we were well into our dinner we realized that we never got any bread before dinner. Overall though I would go back, but I'll be a little more demanding. I prefer a laid back approach and expect to get great service across the board from start to finish. Our waiter was courteous prompt and we did not have to wait for anything.

Fantastic experience , Nadja was and always is a great server. If i had my way she would be the only server for me. Last few times not a Nadja experience , i would suggest using her as your model and trainer. Food was great. Compliments to Chef!

Slow, inattentive, and lackadaisical service. We had a party of 11, with 5 kids, but the youngest is 10. Guess the server realized that the check average was in the toilet so he completely checked out. Entrees arrived after clearly being held under heat lamp for 15-20 minutes, an amazing juxtaposition of soggy, lukewarm AND cold food on the same plate - quite the feat actually. Meanwhile, ordered appetizers never arrived and the server had the audacity to try and run them out 5 minutes after we started eating entrees. This was a birthday dinner for my mother-in-law, and she was happy so no complaints were made. I will never go back to this overpriced, glorified Applebees.
