We asked to substitute one of the sides and the waitress told us no because it’s not good for the presentation of the dish. I was very disappointed in her response because I’ve substituted on that dish before, but I wasn’t there to argue with anybody so I was stuck with the side that I didn’t want.

Great food and service as always. At reception there was an unexpected delay where our table was given to someone else and delayed us 15-20 extra minutes. You should keep reservations in order and seat people in the order you are booked. Other than that, our experience was great.
