   Came here last night to celebrate my sisters birthday with her 8 year old daughter and our reservation was for 7:30 PM. We got sat and we placed our order within 10-15 minutes and since the chicken pot stickers were sold out we went straight to entrees. Waiting about 20 minutes is acceptable for food to arrive to your table but from the moment we ordered until we got our food it was close to an hour and we were so upset. We all got our food as soon as my partner got up to go get a manager and our waiter was MIA. They did not check on us between the moment they set down the second round of bread until our entrees came out (25 minutes). We were so disappointed and I made it super clear that we were celebrating a birthday from the moment we met our waiter. Also, we have an 8 year old who's bedtime is 9:30 PM as they have school the following day and our dinner went past that. Out entrees arrive and we could tell they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. We complained to the manager and they apologized about it. The manager said it's because they were waiting for the filet mignon to be cooked and that was a lie because my sister said her steak was luke warm. All our food was luke warm and disappointing and nothing tasted good. The only meal that looked good was the child's spaghetti and meat balls. I will say TOP COMPLIMENTS TO RYAN WHO MADE UP FOR THE ENTIRE ORDEAL. Ryan was so accommodating and checked on us often to ensure we were happy with the rest of our experience and made up for the terrible meal which we ate because we were all starving. Everything ended on a high note with the chocolate cakes we ordered to sing happy birthday to my sister and Ryan's stellar service. Thankfully, the restaurant decided to comp our entire meal and we left an OK tip to our waiter. Overall, this is the 3rd time I have dinned her in 6 years and this was yet another reminder about why we don't come back. I would only come back if Ryan was guaranteed to be our waiter.

   Avery was an outstanding server! Attentive to detail, pleasant, made terrific recommendations, and overall helped us have a terrific experience. Highly recommend the Brussels Sprouts!

   Great food and menu choices. Server very attentive but good and drinks were slow. Great way to taste their wines with free samples.

   Lunch with a friend was very pleasant. Cindy is a lovely, helpful and engaging server. This venue has the same problems as all big boxy spaces..,cold and can be noisy. Fortunately we were there at a less busy time. Cindy graciously offered to ask the manager to make it warmer on a pretty frigid day. The menu is very appealing and food was delicious. A really nice experience!
