I have been alooooooong time CoopersHawk Ambassador member at another location (very close proximity to this one) and I must say this location has been and far beyond met my expectations of extraordinary service, great food, drama free good time. I am beyond happy with the staff, the food and the drinks.y favorite bartenders are Josie, Danielle and Brittany are the Epitome of excellence in bar service that I've experienced!!

First visit to your recently opened Schererville location for a late lunch for a forever friend, since childhood! Surrounded by Cooper’s Hawk upbeat ambience, eclectic atmosphere, great food, & great service!!!! From the gorgeous & appealing winter flower display welcome on either side of the front doors to the last stop before take-off with a detour to freshen up at the hygienically appointed restroom area, totally impressed!! Will be back for more very soon!!

Didn’t get my soup. My wife had to send her risotto back because it was missing peas. The risotto was very soupy as well. Also everything seemed overpriced for what you get.

Newly opened. Had to ask for bread and then it came after we had the entrees for several minutes. I was unhappy I could not make reservations on open table for 7 people. I feel cut off should be 8. $30 for pitcher of sangria seems like a lot. I truly do enjoy CH. Team needs more training and or practice. Thank you!

Service was slow. It took a long time for our food to be delivered. The fries were cold and old and the beef short ribs were chewy and a little tough. The chocolate torte was cold and dense.

Celebrated 2 birthdays today. We enjoyed a pitcher of cranberry sangria along with coffee for dessert. Both were excellent. My favorite is the flatbread with a salad wedge, hubby and son are into pork chops and salmon, girls had the filet medallions and grandson had his favorite pot stickers. We were in the habit of driving out to Merrillville to enjoy this fabulous food, so HAPPY that you have come to Schererville! For dessert we enjoyed, chocolate cake, key lime pie and the girls were treated to truffles for their birthday. SOOO Delicious and so much fun!! Our server was Brie, kind sweet and prompt. Thank You for making our day special!

Our server, Brittany, made our experience at Cooper’s Hawk so fun!! She offered us a few samples of different wines after asking us what we like! The food was delicious too!! Fun night!

Precious was our server and she was awesome! It was very busy though so it probably took longer than usual, and I don't really like the layout they have at this new store. It feels VERY crowded when even some of the tables are occupied, and most of them were when we arrived. Mainly I think this is because of how close each table was to each other; it seemed closer than I think even most restaurants are set up, let alone their sister store in Merrillville. The bar seemed very spacious though, we did not spend much time there, just looking in. Also, maybe because the tables were spaced closer, but maybe just because of the way the room was designed, but it was LOUD. Thank you!
