Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Absolutely phenomenal atmosphere! Excellent staff, beginning from your step inside the magnificent majestic building thru to their flagship SPEAKEASY!! You will not be disappointed. Copper & Sage is a MUST for delicious food, spectacular drinks and a beautiful dining experience.

First time diners - we’ll be back again. Our waitress Sofia was really nice, frito misto was perfect and crunchy. Wasn’t a big fan of the mushrooms in the shrimp and grits but my wife’s short ribs were outstanding.

This was the first time visiting Copper & Sage. The food was amazing and it as difficult to decide. The patio setting was perfect for Phoenix in February. I will definitely be visiting again.

4th time trying. It was not at the same level as the first three times. Food was not as dynamic. Table agreed one dish (Shrimp and Grits) was best salad was next. Others not too good!

This place is a hidden gem. Had a late night dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the food. make a reservation and treat yourself with your significant other.

It was our first time dining at Copper & Sage . We were so glad we did! Sophia out server was so sweet and helpful with the menu….she gave recommendations….we had the deviled eggs they were so good! Then had the charcuterie board which was really generous. We took half of it home also had the blackened fish tacos. They were really delicious lots of fish. Everything was just perfect….I highly recommend this place. We definitely gonna be back. The manager was so nice also….He gave me a tour around the other parts of the restaurant . They have hidden room through a bookcase for private parties…..🎉 we will make sure Copper & Sage one of our top eateries
