    We enjoyed Coopper and Salt but it was very loud in the restaurant. We had a hard time hearing what each person in our group was saying. The food was really good and the service was excellent.

    Our dinner. Steelhead vegetable, pork, Ragu pasta, outstanding . Staff and our hostess in front very friendly . We are coming  back tonight.

    Excellent menu, waitstaff and food! We hadn’t been there since it opened 4 years ago with a limited menu. This restaurant will now be on my go to often list.

    I had the beet salad with halibut which was excellent. I also enjoyed the Sicilian Ash drink. My only negative experience is the fact that the prices have gone up. $21.00 for the Sicilian Ash was a shock. $18.00 at most would be reasonable.
