The experience concludes with sweet creations by Romina Peixoto, such as Chestnut Panna Cotta and Caramel-Miso Apple Financier.     Chef Robby and his team really have something special on their hands at Coral Omakase! What a phenomenal experience!! It was so well done that typing a bunch of words in order to convince others to go is futile….just do it! There will be absolutely no regrets! Make sure to add the wine/sake pairing to your meal! Thank you Chef for your adventurous artistry, exceptional execution and impeccable quality!

    This is one of the more unique omakase experiences we have had in NYC. Chef Robby Cook is amazing both in the kitchen and as he interacts with his guests at the counter. Love love love. Worth a splurge if that’s your thing.

    Robby is the absolutely up there with the best - having been to all of the noted omakase destinations in the US and abroad, and I am happy to see him doing well after Morimoto and Covid!
