Top der Koch kommt persönlich an den Tisch und hat Spass seine Philosophie zu erklären sehr zu empfehlen

Hervorragendes Essen, leider sehr laute Hintergrundmusik, die die Unterhaltung am Tisch markant störte und trotz Nachfragen nur geringfügig leiser gestellt wurde. Außerdem wurde vorwiegend nur englisch gesprochen, was uns zwar geläufig ist, wir jedoch in einem Lokal in Deutschland in dieser Preisklasse anders erwarten.

Tolles Restaurant, sehr gutes kreatives Essen, große Weinkarte auch mit ausgefallenen Weinen. Der Service ist locker und dabei super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen, entspannten Abend und werden sich noch öfter ins CORDO gehen!

The staff was very helpful and explained everything I was eating. I was visiting from Canada and did not know what to expect. Overall great experience.

Leider insgesamt nicht gut. Jeder Gang enthält Fermentiertes sowie Quinoa, man kann es auch übertreiben damit. Die einzelnen Gänge insgesamt waren zu aromenüberfrachtet, es fehlte die Eleganz und das Subtile.

Das Essen ist avantgardistisch, aber sehr gut. Jeder Gang wurde ausführlich erklärt (wenn auch fast nur auf Englisch, aber das ist halt nun Berlin). Weinmäßig wurden wir sehr gut beraten und konnten auch probieren. Das Licht ist etwas grell im hinteren Bereich. Das nächste Mal würde ich eher vorne sitzen wollen. Alles in allem ein tolles Essen. Sehr gerne wieder.
