Core 450 is an instagrammable destination, to delight all the senses, from breathtaking views to our expansive outdoor patio complete with a full-service open kitchen just north of Travelers Rest, South Carolina.

The restaurant led by owners Matthew and Renee Jennings and Chef Gene Magliaro serves refined, rustic cuisine, innovative libations, and a world class wine list. Known as a “must visit” among the Upstate’s dining scene, Core 450’s professional and passionate team are constantly striving to push the boundaries of excellence with well-rounded menus that feature classic dishes and drinks with contemporary twists rooted in tradition.

    We decided last minute to pop in for dinner - the service was quick but not rushed, the food was delicious and our server Angie was phenomenal and took great care of us. We will definitely come back!

    We frequent this spot for lunch and dinner but the brunch is consistently poor and getting worse. This is our third and last time coming for brunch. There are limited to no other options in the area so it’s disappointing that Sunday brunch is an afterthought at an otherwise very good restaurant

    Decided to try the Eggs in Purgatory. Great choice! I normally do the Gran Ma French Toast---which is pretty hard to not order every time. Great place to dine. This is not your dad's 19th hole. And great way to end it all is relaxing out back.

    We have had much better meals here....recipes seemed to have been changed. Also my biscuit was not very fresh, was dry and hard like it had been sitting under a light for hours. Will definitely try again and hope that it was just a one time thing.
