    This was probably the greatest culinary experience of my life. Managed to get a booking for the Valentine’s Day meal. Not just were the hosts incredibly hospitable but incredibly attentive. The highlights of the menu were almost the entire thing. Both desserts were sublime, the TFC, caviar gougère and roast chicken were amazing. I’ve never seen a scallop as big in my life and for the duck course the main star of that dish in my opinion was the morels. We were put on the chefs table which was like looking into a finely tuned, well oiled machine. There is an almost 100 percent chance I’ll be back in the future.

    Fantastic Valentines lunch at Core. The Scallops and Turbot dishes were outstanding. Great service as normal. Thanks to everyone at Core for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

    Extraordinary. Much deserved 3*. The attention to detail in decoration, service and food is outstanding. Each dish told a delicate and flavourful story.

    Amazing as always. Food / Service / Decor 5*. My only complain is the timing. 1830 or 2130. Not the best. Would be great to get 8pm 😅

    This was our first time at Core and it lived up to all expectations, from the moment we arrived till we left everything was first class. We went to celebrate a special birthday and everyone at Core ensured it was a very enjoyable occasion.
