Came for my first time to celebrate my 43rd birthday with a friend. Had seen the restaurant & the margarita tower online & was excited. Was supposed to be a party of 4 but two of my friends couldn’t make it. My brother & I were seated in a nice couch area, but it seemed there was only one person on staff to accommodate everyone in the room. A woman seated us & a man from the bar was our waiter. He was doing everything, so he was being overworked & overwhelmed. So much so my birthday reservation & notes were never even observed, nor did any of your staff members even inquire why we were there or celebrating anything. When we left, I stepped out to the valet to retrieve my car. Within 2 minutes I realized my packed leftovers were left on the table, I walked back in & the table had already been cleared & my food thrown away. :-(

When I first arrived yes I was and hour early but the Caucasian man at the desk was rude and I felt disrespected. There is a kind way to speak to your patrons too early or not. Also my party didn’t mind waiting although it appeared to be empty.

It was really packed so our waitress, who was very kind and friendly, was as attentive as she could be. The noise level was high but not too high that we couldn’t hold a conversation. Checking in for my reservation was a little frustrating when I was told I was 5 minutes early for my reservation so I would have to wait b4 they could seat me. They sat me about 10 minutes later. I would have rather they said we are working on your table now.

Busy night. After checking in, they forgot about us…waited 30+ mins for our reserved table. Only on choice of NA beer. But good place before an Intuit Dome event.

We came with a reservation at 7 and it took 30 minutes to be greeted at all. My friend had to go look for someone to see if anyone was going to help us out in the front. After being seated our server took our order and disappeared. We had to ask another server to get our check. Our server took our payment and left. We honestly didn’t like the experience here at all. No manager seemed to be present at all, there was so much chaos at this establishment.

This is a decent place for a nice sit down and be served meal near the Intuit Dome. Though the acoustics are a little loud, the ambiance is excellent. I’ve been wanting to try it out as they seem the be one of the closest to the arena and the walk is short, literally shorter than either the east or west parking lots. I also wanted to find out IF, I valet’d and dined there, would I be able to leave my car for the duration of the game/event. This restaurant is attached to the Lum Hotel. I believe the valet fee is $20, but if you leave the car, they charge you $55, the same as the overnight parking fee for the hotel. Parking is EXTREMELY limited. I also spoke with the serve staff, they’ve said that they will tow, even if you’re staff. 😒 Let’s move on to the food. Here’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of 4. While definitely better than the McDonalds within similar walking distance down Century, I’m don’t think it’s worth the price. For two of us, without alcoholic beverages, our total was $70 before tax & tip. We ordered the charred corn rib as an appetizer. There were 5 “ribs”, each rib consisted of about 3 rows of corn, all together the entire appetizer amounted to an ear of corn. I could probably live with that but it wasn’t sweet, it wasn’t smoky, the kernels were mushy, not crisp and fresh. The aioli was flavorful and had a little bit of a kick to it. I am positive this would be a good dish if the corn was fresher and sweeter. The entree menu is small, there are 7 dishes to choose from. For my main I wanted the Country Fried Steak. As soon as I ordered it, our server told me that they were out at 5:30 on a Friday. 5:30? Isn’t this the beginning of your weekend rush? So instead I settled for the fish & chips which consisted of 4 fish stick sized pieces of battered cod on a bed of stale waffle fries. My friend ordered the Truffle Mushroom flatbread. It was amply sized for a dinner portion. It was flavorful and had a good amount of truffle.

Pros: Great food. Convenient location to intuit dome. Takes reservations and has table ready right away for us. Cons: slow service. No wine list! Only serve Prosecco.

Food is ok nothing to brag about.. pay attention to your bill if you do patronize this establishment! They will charge you gratuity with less than 6 people. Mind you it says it will charge you if you have 6 or more not 4 or less!!! Do better!! This is not the first time I read other reviews where people were charged gratuity for less than 6 people! You can dispute it but why should I have to when you know that isn’t right!! Of course everyone knows the customer service is slow!!!
