   The food was good, but for the second time in the last 3 months the service was poor. We were left waiting for 10 minutes to be seen at the door, it took ages for the wine to come, we had to ask twice for the coffees etc. Some of the staff were very nice and apologetic, but some were clearly struggling.

   Nice looking restaurant, food was pretty good and general service was ok. The head waiter was lovely and very professional although several of the younger staff members felt a little clueless One of the guys managed to spill a bottle of water everywhere and gave me a very hot plate and warned only after I’d touched it and burnt my finger… maybe it wasn’t his day 🤷🏼‍♂️ There is a funny smell in the restaurant, my partner thought it smelt like a toilet… not so funny she’s been sat on the loo since she’s got home from the restaurant, maybe it was something she ate 🤷🏼‍♂️

   We all enjoyed the meal and the menu choice including a good gluten free menu too. The salmon dish could have had more sides/vegetables for the price.

   As always, delicious food & nice atmosphere. Service from the Manager/Maitre'D is always outstanding! He is attentive to every customer & makes sure all customers receive the absolute best service!

   Enjoyable post Odyssey meal with a set menu. All food delicious as well as I lovely bottle of Merlot. Reasonable pricing for a family of 5 and a chance to discuss the finer details of Paddington.

   This is normally a great restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone. However on this occasion the food and service were so poor and I have written to them outlining everything that went wrong.

    Dined here many times before but unfortunately the service was poor today. Food arrived before drinks and plates weren’t cleared in time meaning we had to cut our lunch short without dessert in order to get to school pick up in time.
