Couqley Old saying “there is no such thing as a free meal “ applies to this outlet’s DSS promotion. The Aed 95 lunch , at least the onion soup and Salmon and the fried calamari with the beef entrecôte and fries , each as a 2 course meal were worth just that. Starting with the calamari (perfect) to the lukewarm soup with solidified cheese the very acceptable salmon with the dried unseasonal asparagus competed with the leathery medium rare beef and almost bland sauce and accompanying cold fries to provide the 95 Aed of value. And each of these 2 set menus tried were just the correct value of payment made. Being Friday lunchtime, service was slow (staff off for Friday prayers , perhaps) but the boisterous clientele making merry with the wine (fair selection) and the beer (limited) made up for the in attentiveness you got from the crew.

The experience was lovely, at one stage the music was bit too loud and we couldn't hear our conversations.
