Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and the culinary team take you on a food journey of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor.

COURSE offers a Chef tasting menu Friday and Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as a special menu series on Sundays, of • COURSE.

    COURSE Restaurant is excited to announce the return of the highly anticipated 12 Days of Christmas Menu. This unique dining experience was born out of a deep appreciation for Christmas traditions and the magic of the holiday season, and offers an 8-course tasting menu inspired by traditional Christmas dishes, Christmas songs, and even Christmas movies. The 12 Days of Christmas is a true feast for the senses, taking diners on a delightful journey through your favorite flavors of the holiday season. This menu will be offered 12/13/24-12/29/2024 for $175/person with reservation hours each day from 5-9pm, but closed on Mondays. Dining room reservations at 6 pm or earlier will have a three-hour time limit, but if you would like to enjoy a longer experience, please consider booking the patio. Vegetarian? We are happy to accommodate. Please be sure to provide dietary restrictions at least 3 days prior to your reservation.

    This restaurant is worth a visit, period. It's not cheap but it is worth the investment if you want to have an experience that lasts for hours. We often eat very quickly even in fine restaurants. Here we were treated to an amazing show of food and flavors that lasted three hours and flew by. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates the hard work it takes to put so many flavors and textures onto a plate that is pure art.

    Every experience has been excellent. Wait staff is wonderful. Wine selection is perfect. This operation is a unique experience for the valley. We will be back at every opportunity.

    Spectacular 7-course seasonal tasting menu of perfectly-prepared, artfully-presented small dishes with an overall theme of The Alps. This was a wonderful gourmet meal without being overly pretentious (i.e., no over-the-top molecular gastronomy or long stories about impossibly-sourced ingredients you've never heard of). Rather, Chef Oppold and his team led us on a culinary journey through the Alpine regions of Switzerland, Austria, Bavaria and Tyrol, with creative interpretations of familiar foods of the region.
