Covino is a small owner-run wine bar & restaurant in the heart of Chester. We serve daily-changing menu of seasonally inspired small plates, guided by the quality and provenance of ingredients, with a real focus on simplicity and flavour.     Fab, but it always is, so not surprising. Great to try Harry’s food, which was fantastic, (but we also missed George.)
