   We have been to Cowboys many times. Our reservations were at 6:45 so they weren't crowded. Salad Bar was great. Everything was fresh and salad bar employee constantly replenishing items. Service and food were ok but, not as good as we have experienced in the past. Some of the meats seemed to be over cooked. Wine selection drastically decreased.

   Had a very good experience. Everyone was so nice. Our server Hannah was awesome and made the visit more pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious.

   Hot food and salad bar were fresh and amazing very light and tasty. I loooovvveed the Kale! Only complaint would be we didn't know the medium well/well done meats and the brisket would take so long to come out 😕we would've saved room for it.(Waited over an hr and when it finally came out for us we were full and ready to go home). Besides that the meats that we enjoyed were parm chicken, chicken wrapped bacon, lamb chops, sirloin and short ribs were amazing. We'll definitely come back and pace ourselves, for the filet and brisket. We didn't know what to expect but what we tried was very very good❤️. Staff was great as well very attentive ❤️. If you visit I would wait for the first round of meats to come around before getting your sides we completed a plate of sides before any meats came by our table. So the night was filled with waiting for meat to go with our sides before the sides got cold.

   Fun experience with friends and the food was excellent. Service is great and choices of meats are endless. If you like meat than this is your place.

   The cowboy has ridden off into the sunset. Party of 6; our main waiter was attentive; good salad bar. That’s where it ends. The meat selections were overcooked and unseasoned, when we could get any! Never saw some of the advertised meats. Seems the table of 4 next to us was kept in good supply, then, we were sometimes skipped, or they would run out. The last time I was here, a few years ago, it was much better. I was hugely disappointed in my experience this visit. Very pricey for basically a salad bar !

    Great job Cowboy’s thank you! We were seated exactly on time and the staff was very welcoming. The big sides buffet was as pretty as it was yummy. The meats were flowing all day. We even had one person wanting only well done - no problem!
