   There was a wide variety of meat selections and other side dishes on the bar. However certain meats were tougher than usual and lacked flavor. The wine was also very overpriced. A bottle that would cost you $13 at the store would run you $13 for a glass there. But overall we love Cowboys and what they have to offer definitely worth it. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

   We sat there for 45 minutes watching tables at the edges get served beef varieties while we got to see 2 chicken Gouchos during that time. The quantity of meat and Gouchos serving it was way, way under what should be considered acceptable. Plus, the cuts we got were overcooked and one even tasted like it had expired. Just the worst!

   They started to get busy just 10 minutes after my husband and I arrived, yet we didn't have a single gaucho come to our table for at least 20 minutes. When one finally did arrive, he brought pineapples. We didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth, and this was the second time this has happened. We've decided next time to go to the Brazilian steakhouse downtown instead.

    This place wasn’t terrible, but I definitely had my hopes up for a nice dinner, being a Brazilian steakhouse. The ambience in this place wasn’t good. There are bright LED ceiling lights throughout, and a few chic and dim chandeliers above the buffet only. The entire restaurant was way too bright of lighting and needed to be dimmed for dinner hours. I visited for an intimate date night for my bf’s bday, and there were several large groups seated all around us, all of which were incredibly noisy and obnoxious. The food was decent, but a lot of the meats were way too heavily salted in my opinion. Of the 12-14 guacho options, I really liked 2-3 of the meats and 2 other non-meat options. The cinnamon sugar grilled pineapple was amazing! The buffet of sides was mediocre, not much more than you’d expect from any old buffet. The crème brûlée birthday dessert and Brazilian birthday song by the waitstaff was great, very nice of them! Our waitstaff was kind and attentive to start, but then we didn’t see anyone for quite some time after finishing our meal. Overall, not terrible but not a steakhouse I’d return to. I’ve since learned the Brazilian steakhouse downtown is much nicer if you’re looking for a good one.
