At Coya we are proud to present a degustation dining concept. We cater to the adventurous "foodie" who is eager to allow the Chef to cook the best market produce of the day. This is advantageous as a spontaneous Chef is the best kind! Our food is inspired by the rich diversity of fresh Australian produce and influenced by the subtle flavours of the Middle East. Beautiful food and service. We tried the vegan degustation menu (we’re not vegan) and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

A great experience! Food was amazing and all the flavours were balanced carefully, we absolutely loved the artichoke soup. Our gluten free (coeliac) requirements were well catered for. It was also wonderful that Chef had the time to come out and talk us through the flavours and cooking techniques. The venue is small and private which was very welcome for us, we really enjoyed the more quiet ambient music compared to other restaurants. Thank you for a very enjoyable dinner experience.

Great food but very expensive. The restaurant is only BYO Wed and Thurs. Can be noisy.

We have been to Coya a few times now and every time we are overwhelmed by the incredible food, incredible service and the reasonable prices. I would recommend Coya to all. The Turkish delight cocktails are amazing! And the degustation menu is so so good! You have to try Coya!!
