   Been to crabbae west with my boyfriend and we had such a great time our first time, I wanted to take out my friends out for one friend’s 30th birthday. Vibe was great, food was amazing, and ambience was perfect.

   1. Our party order crab fries and didn’t get crab on the fries. Wasn’t notified of no crab being available. Was almost charged full price 2. Informed the hostess we had a party of 4 and sat us at a table for 2 3. The table next to us was loud and kept standing and coming close to our food 4. Took forever for our food to come. Food as cold!!! 5. Drinks were nothing but juice and melting ice 6.Thankful that owner was helping because the staff was terrible. 7. The hostess at the door was very dismissive 8.our waitress barley came to check on us. 9. Menu did not reflect what I see online

   Food was great , service was good ; great look to the place ; bar however they added 20% off the top to ya drink purchase plus a tip to included which made drink purchase basically expensive even for a shot , so u don’t really get the option to tip on your own

   We had to change our time to a half hour later which was done with no problem and friendly Our waitress NAI was awesome and very friendly and kept us updated on our food drinks in a timely matter Will definitely return We had a family member visiting from Georgia and she loved the food I will definitely be returning

   Don’t understand why I made a reservation when I walk in and there’s no hostess. Sign said seat yourself. Then sat there for 15 to 20 mins and no one even looked our way. Had multiple waitresses walk by us and not even offer us menus.
