   Overall the experience was okay. My friend and I checked out the menu online before arriving at the restaurant only to find the items we wanted to order were actually not on the menu when we sat down. She doesn’t eat beef therefore having majority everything being beef options was kind of a bummer when online there were more chicken options like a chicken sandwich and such. Also, we ordered cocktails and my glass was dirty on the outside. It looked like it had some of the left over michelada rim caked onto the outside of the glass, but since it took a bit to receive our drinks and we were in a hurry due to the Kings game starting soon I didn’t make a fuss and just found a clean surface rim and drank from that part. My friend ordered the grilled chicken breast and awhile after ordering our server came back to tell her they were out of the chicken breast so even the small options of chicken items she had to choose from, they were out of so she had to reorder something in the moment which was disappointing. The server suggested the half chicken which she felt she kind of had to pick since that was the only other option and that plate came out almost immediately as if they were planning on brining it to her regardless. Overall it was a quick and whatever meal before the game, don’t feel like we need to come back though

   We wanted to try out a new spot for dinner after a Kings game but were severely disappointed. They were sold out of chicken, tri tip, and potatoes and all associated side dishes made with the latter. The brisket - supposedly their signature dish - was dry and had a strange aftertaste. No one from my group was pleased with their orders, including the mixed drinks. Service was really slow and two tables that sat down after us were served before us. Had heard good things about this chain but apparently they have not yet figured things out for this location.

   I have never been at a restaurant when they were out of so many items!! They were out of Chardonnay, sparkling Rose, spinach dip, chili etc. It was odd and did not make for a good dining experience. Our server was very sorry and I am sure it is hard for her to have to tell clients that they are out of something. Not a good place to put employees in!

   It was fine for before a Lakers game. Beware though - they will bring you over “free” shots (tasted like watermelon sugar water) and then add it to your bill! Happened to our table and the table next to us. Left a bad taste in my mouth for sure.

   We arrived with a reservation for 5:45pm. We waited in a line of people who did not have reservations for 15 minutes. When it was finally our turn, they had to go find us a table after seating all of the people who did not make a reservation. When seated, our waitress immediately told us that we had just missed Happy Hour, that ended at 6:00pm. I ordered a beer, my wife ordered a glass of wine. The waitress brought my beer, but it was not what I had ordered, she said they were out of the one I wanted and the bar sent this one instead. Then our food finally came, to the table next to us! After setting the food down in front of the people right next to us, the waiter was informed of his mistake, picked up the food, and moved it over to our table. My wife’s salad was pretty bad and she was convinced the roasted squash was not actually squash. My sandwich was average, the brisket was severely overcooked. All In all, not worth the price or the hassle. If you are at LA Live, go to Yard House or Tom’s, you will be much happier.

   Waitress took forever and restaurant was empty. We didn’t even eat , we left before she could ask us what we wanted to drink. That’s how long she took

   Very high quality bbq in an upscale bustling sports pub environment. Somewhat expensive, but everything in LA Live is. Our party tried the Tri Tip, brisket, the brisket quesadilla and brisket pastrami. All were excellent. Great cocktail list also. I'll return on my next trip to LA Live.

    Food was exceptional! I wanted the drink with the bathtub & rubber duck, but was told that the drink can no longer be served in that. Overall, my kids and I enjoyed the fast service and food!
