Our NYE was essentially ruined as it took 3 HOURS for us to get our food. Almost everyone in this packed restaurant got up and left. Complete disaster with no explanation from anyone as to what was going on. Food was mediocre. This was a terrible experience.

We paid for a pre-paid New Years experience for a 4 course meal. We sat at 8:15pm and by 11pm, still hadn’t received all our meals. Several tables got up and left. Worst dining experience I have ever had in my 30 years of dining.

They immediately let us know that service might be a little slow due to some call offs that night, which was appreciated. The staff was incredibly sweet and this was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Everything was delicious. Cheers to the chef and the team for this delicious meal.

Our server was very attentive. If there’s a live band when you done and would like to have a conversation then ask to sit by the window. If you enjoy the music then sit at the bar.

The food was amazing! I highly recommend the filet. The ambiance was very nice looking out of the large windows at the white Christmas lights and fire pit. The service was sufficient, but it took a while before someone came to take our drink orders. All around~ it was a lovely experience!

We made an advanced reservation through OpenTable for 6 we were seated right across from the bar. There were 4 people at the bar and they were making so much noise, we could not hear anyone at our table speaking. We asked to be moved were told the restaurant was booked (even though there were several empty tables). The noise level continued so we decided to leave. We bumped into the manager on the way out and he told us that the people at the bar has been there for awhile but he was able to reseat us. Obviously, you'll make more money with 6 people eating than 4 people at the bar so I don't understand why no one asked the people at the bar to quiet down. The noise level continued for awhile after we were reseated but the people left before we received our appetizers. I'm finding that Crafted Italia is not very accommodating to their patrons as this is not the first time I've had an issue there.

This was a very disappointing dinner. I definitely don’t mind spending money to get something good. All of the food was cold. Even the carving station meat was at room temperature. They put out a lot of food out and there was very small amount of people so it was just sitting there with the little sterno or lightbulb. Came to crafted expecting to find a pasta dish. No pasta to be found in the house. The desserts were all pre-bought and old.
