                                                                                                  Food was absolutely fantastic but the service was subpar. While we liked the Waiter, he was not very attentive. We sat down for dinner at 7:30pm, didn't get our salads till 8:25pm, and didn't get our drinks till 8:30pm. Overall, Dinner took almost 3 hours dud to all of the delays

                                                                                                  Service was brutal. We waited 20 minutes to just get water. Also my daughter dropped $20 and waitress picked it up and put in her pocket. My wife had to ask her for it back. She gave back but never appoliged.

                                                                                                  Able to accomedate a gluten-allergy easily. Wrong entree brought out (waitress feels she may have hit the wrong button on the device ordering as it was right next to what I actually ordered). The staff/management went over themselves to correct the order, even when I hadn't made any fuss at all except for commenting that I actually ordered something different (floor manager brought the meal out instead of our actual waitress initially. Ambiance was nice and we were not rushed at all during our meal.

                                                                                                  This is a classic Vegas eatery. Better atmosphere than many, but the same mass produced version of a chef's culinary vision. Basic menu with expected items. The issue comes when the chef leaves, the doors open, and the staff has to replicate the menu items over and over to a crowd that is often not very picky. The potato wasn't cooked well enough and hard as a rock. The steak was cooked perfect but of poor quality, so chewy even at medium rare. The prawns were overcooked and over sauced. Service was fantastic and drink prices were fair, however.

                                                                                                  One of THE best dining experiences ever! Top notch service, excellent food and cocktails. Highly recommend Craftsteak if you are looking for perfectly cooked steak. This will be one I’ll return for another great meal.

                                                                                                  The food was not cooked correctly. Medium rare steak was way too rare. And they did not seat us right away between that and the food cooked incorrectly we were late to our show. And did not have time to finish our meal. Disappointed.
