   Servers were great and very attentive to detail. Had breakfast….food was delicious….served in an appealing manner…correct temperature….large portions. Can’t wait to go back.

   Food was great as well as the ambience. Service was amazing! Marcus, our server was so attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Enjoyed all of his recommendations.

   Impressive setting, very good service and good food. Due to the Valentine Day special, the food offering was limited but the quality was good.

   This was our second dinner at Croft during our stay. Our waitress was Winter who was very kind and friendly! We started with the Thick Cut Bacon for our appetizer. The flavors were fantastic! My husband had the Croft Burger and I had the Bucatini for entrees. Both were delicious! Everything was fresh and needed no added seasoning! We shared the Buttermilk Pie for dessert-very yummy! Winter went above and beyond to serve us! We enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely dine here again!

   This was our first time to stay at Cloudland at McLemore Resort. Croft was wonderful! Our waiter was Marcus who was very friendly. We started with the crab cake appetizer- plenty to share and DELICIOUS! My husband had the Beef and Beans and I had the Brick Roasted Chicken for entrees. The flavors were amazing! Everything was very fresh and plated nicely! We shared the Buttermilk Pie and Chocolate Chunk Brownie for dessert, both were delicious! We really enjoyed talking to Marcus after our meal! He did a wonderful job and we truly enjoyed the evening! We stopped at the bar for an after dinner drink. We visited with Haley, Logan, and Debbie! We had great conversations and they really made us feel welcome and at home! I feel like everyone went above and beyond to make for our great evening! This is a fabulous restaurant and resort! We look forward to returning soon!

   The facility and the ambiance are great. The service and friendly staff are excellent. Unfortunately, the food was only adequate. The presentation of the meal was ok. However, the preparation and quality of the final product was only adequate. My wife had the Grouper bites and they were soggy. She had an order of “crispy potatoes “. The were not crispy and were served cold. My wife and I drove for 30 minutes on an icy, cold evening to get there. We probably will not return. The meal was quite pricey for what was served.

   Nice atmosphere. If you are staying at the hotel it is a decent option. The server was lackluster, very distracted, did not engage at all. It took a long time for the first course, even longer for the main course. The food was fine, but not worth the price. Steak was ordered medium, came out well done. The salmon was overcooked and the plate had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp.

   We had a perfect family dining experience on Christmas. The staff was fantastic. Our food was exceptional. The view was perfection. We had a great time and definitely a new family tradition.
