Owners Chef Richard and Julie Lalonde ensure our ingredients are carefully selected from the finest local sources, and our creative dishes are a true culinary experience.     Our server, I believe her name was Rachel, was incredibly attentive, very knowledgeable of the menu and the kitchen’s capability, and had taken extra care to make us feel comfortable, satisfied, and special (considering we were celebrating our anniversary). She and the rest of the staff are delightful and we look forward to visiting again in summer time. The food was delicious and the venue was phenomenal! The portions were just right, hats off to the chefs.

    Our experience is always consistent at crossroads Timing was a bit off between appetizer and entrée, but understood that there was a substantial Christmas party going on Our food was prepared as requested, and is always enjoyable Wait staff were well informed regarding the menu and offered their seasonal choices from cocktails to desserts

    We love visiting and dining at Crossroads! Our server is always outstanding - friendly, service with a smile and very efficient and prompt! She was so thoughtful and king to treat my husband to a birthday cupcake treat - such a wonderful surprise to make his birthday celebration even more special. Thank you.     The food at crossroads never disappoints. Service is great and the place is always decked out with quaint seasonal vibes. We were seated in the "muskoka room" during winter and while the heat lamps kept the space warm above, the draft at floor level left our feet and legs quite cold. I don't recommend sitting in that space during winter. Overall, a great place to dine and probably the best kids menu in Muskoka with so much variety and great value.
