Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. I always enjoy Crown Republic Gastropub. We went before a show. It was very convenient & service was prompt, allowing us plenty of time.

Was there for lunch with work colleagues. Server was pleasant and efficient. Food was excellent and not a long wait for the four of us. It was a little noisy on the day we went (12-1pm) which could be expected at that time but it was a little hard to hear each other & we were at a normal sized table.

It was our first time at Crown Republic and it did not disappoint! Our food was so good! Our server was also on top of it. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a casual night out or date night out.

Best brunch place I’ve ever been to! We came from out of town and I would drive the 2 hours just to have the baked eggs again 😀
