Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. The only reason I’m giving a star at all is because the food was amazing. Shout out to the chefs as that’s the only positive part about this experience. The bartender Sierra is extremely rude and gives hints unfortunately of racism. Sierra completely ignored requests for a drink at the bar to my counterparts - however when a couple came she greeted them right away. We then decided to sit at a high top. Unfortunately , sierra was sent to our table to deliver us our food and she slammed the plates down. When we tried to discuss this with the manager ; it was stated that it’s a busy brunch rush. As a manager myself, customer service is the one of the most valuable parts of running a successful business. I pray they do staff training with sierra to improve her customer interactions so she’s better for future guests. Until this is done ; she needs to be pulled off the floor.

I have only eaten here once for brunch before coming for a New Year’s Eve dinner. I really loved the food, atmosphere & service. The menu was varied and interesting, but the thing that caught my eye was the house-made pasta. I’m a sucker for it, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the special which was a take on chicken piccata. It was delicious! We didn’t stay for dessert, but the meal exceeded all my expectations. I’ll be back for sure!

The broccoli and wings on the small plates were fantastic. Generous portions on the meatballs and spaghetti. Simple dish done well. Very solid service.

It was mediocre food. The salmon had a sweetness, as did most of the dishes, which seemed like they were trying to combine Italian with Asian.

It was just ok. We’ve been here before and it’s been fantastic but this was a different experience. Pretzel knots were clearly burned on top. 3 entrees out of 7 came out before the salads. We had to ask for the salads while everyone else ate. Then 2 more entrees came out but the rest of the table finished before the last two entrees were served. Salmon was overdone. Service was poor, server was randomly effusive but then would disappear. Waters and drinks not refilled. Just mediocre. Not sure if we will be back.
