Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. Food is consistently outstanding. The crispy broccoli and salmon are delicious. Save room for dessert because the S’mores brownie is out of this world!

Delicious meal and a wonderful server! We had the pastrami frites and mushroom capellini pasta. Both dishes were incredible. Followed up with the s’more brownie for dessert…delightful!

Good food and service. Only issue was our table in the corner was very cold. I guess winter in an old building with concrete floors and walls, this should be expected.

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful evening. Service was over the top. Menu selection was just so much and prices were very reasonable. I will visit again.
