   Absolute chaos in the parking lot, lining up outside to get in even with a reservation. We brought an extra person but they would not give us an extra chair we had to squeeze into a booth for four people. The buffet menu was not worth the money. We have eaten at the Crown many many times but today was chaos so we got up and left, went to another close by restaurant and got seated immediately. (Today is Mother’s Day but other restaurants managed very well)!

   Went to Mother's Day brunch again this year. Disappointed as last year was so wonderful. The food is good, no question there. However, they only had three seatings... 10, 12 and 2. When we got there for our 12:00 reservation, there was a line on both sides of the stairs to get in. Thankfully it was nice weather to stand outside. We had five people in our party and they put us in a booth that can comfortably fit 4. We asked to be moved, but they couldn't do it. It was tight and uncomfortable for the three people on one side. After being seated, we got in line for food which was long. I felt sorry for those individuals that had to cross those lines to get to their table. I don't remember this from last year. I think if the seating times were readjusted to a seating every hour, it wouldn't have been this crazy. Serving staff was efficient and pleasant. Pricing was excellent for a Mother's Day brunch. Don't know if I'll be back next year.

   The food was excellent. The seating was right in the middle of the pathway of the servers. Also, when we got up to go and get desert one of the managers cleared the table. After she asked if we wanted the check, and I said no. She did apologize. Overall we had a nice time. I do hope they continue with the brunch.

   Inconsistent, menu is confusing, trying too hard, needs better options, and they got rid of the ramen which was better than the rest of the food options.
