   We arrived a bit early for our reservation but was told that our table was not ready. There was an empty table available from the time we arrived to the time they sat us and it was at the table that was empty the entire time we waited. The group of us stood in the cold entryway for over 20 minutes unnecessarily. The table they sat us at faces the door so everytime someone came through the door we would get a blast of freezing cold air. One of the people in our group had to keep her winter jacket on the entire time. The food was good, our waitress was attentive. But the start to our experience was poor and frustrating and freezing for the duration of our meal was unacceptable in my opinion.

   Great evening, great service and great food! We had calamari and salt & pepper wings for appetizers- I have to say, I thought the wings were sparce- I was with 3 big hungry guys- but they were satisfying and our pizzas were amazing!!! We've been to Crust & Crate at Lansdowne, Findlay Creek and Ogilvy Road and never been disappointed- thank you- you guys are awesome!!!

   We arrived on time and waited 15 minutes for a server to come and ask for our drink order. Waited another 15 for them to bring the drinks and over 30 for the meal to arrive. I’m not sure if there was a staffing issue or not but the service was sub par and the food was worse. Had the Cabo Bowl. The chicken was dry, the avocado “mush” tasted moldy and the bowl basically had zero flavour. Would not return or recommend. We went for an event at Landsdowne and it was like they didn’t even realize people were there for a quick meal and off to the concert … so bad !

   Fine restaurant. Food was really not good. Chicken lettuce wraps were dry and tasteless. Pizza was so loaded with toppings that the crust was soggy. Server was inattentive for the most part. Would not return.

   We had a great time at the RedBlacks watch party! Great food, drinks and energy. Fun to have Rose there to help us cheer on the team and the prize draws were awesome! Thank you!

   The food is quite good and the atmosphere is fun. However, service was so-so. They rarely checked in and when we asked the server for water twice, we never received it.

   Great atmosphere, and lovely place to sit on the patio and watch activities at Lansdowne. Highly recommend their delicious pizza!

    The food was excellent however the service was not. I understand that it may have been impacted by a soccer event at TD Place. We had a dinner reservation for 5:30 and once we were seated we did not have any server appear until 15 minutes later with the comment that we weren’t seen. Our drink order then took another 10 minutes and when our food finally arrived one of our meals arrived 5 minutes after the others. Lesson learned; avoid when events are taking place at TD Place.
