    I am not sure how we just learned about this restaurant. It was our first trip but we will be back. I had the pork chop but my friend had the veal chop. I will definitely get the veal chop next trip. The pork chop was very good, the veal chop was amazing. The girls split the salmon with Indian spices, also very good. Service was excellent. Ask for Colin. The outside looked a little odd with red lights on the front of a strip center but indoors was very nice.

    This is arguably the best and most consistent fine dining experience in Brevard County. The menu is eclectic and there are always weekly specials added for diversity . Colin the server is a first rate professional. The owner is always prevent to greet you upon arrival. Whether for a special occasion, business or just a night out, Cuizine will not disappoint. Highly recommended!

    Cuizine is by far the most relaxing and pleasant dining experience EVER. I compare it to St Elmo’s in Indianapolis…..our favorite!! Cocktails and food are amazing. Our server (Louis?) was fantastic and professional! We WILL return! Thank you!

    Cuizine Restaurant and Lounge is a great place to enjoy a meal. I booked my reservations with OpenTable. When my party arrived, we were immediately seated. From the outside, it does not appear that there is a restaurant in the building. However, it is roomy, the decor is what is to be expected from a fancier restaurant, and the lighting reminded me of Berns in Tampa, FL. The steaks were cooked to perfection. This was a fabulous dining experience.

    Outstanding celebratory meal! We had a reservation change request the day of which was quickly accommodated by the hostess. The food and service were fantastic, we particularly enjoyed the onion soup, pork chop, and prime rib. Great service from both the server and manager. We will absolutely be back.
