   The food was great and our server was great. The hostess was the problem. We had a reservation at 5:45 arrived at 5:30 and made us wait until 5:45 to seat us at a table that was open when we got there. This happened last time we were there also and had a reservation. There are a lot of restaurants in Gilbert to choose from and won’t be going back there. One of the hostesses that sat us after I complained did apologize but definitely too late to want to return.

   This was a bad experience from start to finish. Sat 10-15 minutes after our reservation time. Appetizer arrived before cocktails. Food never arrived. Seems the server made a mistake in entering the order for his tables but they did not tell us this until after they attempted to hide the mistake for us and other diners. Instead thy just kept telling us the food was coming and blamed the delays on a busy night. Meanwhile the server did not actually place the food orders until we had been there for over an hour. Food arrived at the 90 minute mark and was not made with the care and quality we typically receive here. In short, it was inedible. We were charged $160 for the privilege of sitting in the restaurant for 90 minutes without food. Mistakes happen, how a company handles those mistakes define their character. This was a total fail.

   The restaurant was short staffed relative to the overly crowded atmosphere. Our service was slow and it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Ugh.

   This was a wonderful experience. Our server Cole was outstanding . The food was delicious I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and my wife Ann had the chicken pasta dish with a cream sauce. Do not pass up desert, we had the mint chocolate chip ice cream which is made on site.

   Such an amazing evening with friends. The food is delicious and you cannot go wrong with the ambiance. It does get fairly busy so I would say be prepare to wait up most an hour.

   A great experience. The one thing I would change is the portion size of the Brussels sprouts side. It was rather small.
