   Huge disappointment! We chose this restaurant for our last meal in Kuala Lumpur and it couldn't have been worse. The food was tasteless, low quality and the best dishes were missing! They take forever to replenish the seafood. They don't explain how things work, the drinks and the bbq! Staff are wonderful and that is the only reason I gave 2 stars!

   A lot of seafood selection, but all frozen. Service was a bit slow on Sunday brunch. Just an average experience.

   Surprised with the food quality at Curate. There was nothing that was good or exceptional. Seafood taste was bland- lobster, oysters, clams did not have the taste of the sea and felt like the seafood was washed in water. Only the big head prawns had some taste. Grill selection was extremely poor with the beef brisket being dry, chewy and tasteless. Leg of lamb was ok. Cheese crackers were oxidised and cheese quality was very poor for a Four Seasons hotel. Staff were very hospitable and welcoming but could do with more training.

   I had high expectations for the food, given Four Seasons' renowned reputation, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet them. The seafood, particularly the prawns and lobsters, seemed to be frozen and had a softer, less appealing texture (mashy). The beef was a bit overcooked and tough, and the satays could have been more tender as well. The menu selection felt a little limited, and there’s definitely room for improvement in that area. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout.

   The food was fantastic, each of the seafood was fresh especially the oysters which were so plump! The lobster were plenty. No shortage of food; always replenish. The chefs were friendly and very nice too. The staffs attended us were very polite, competent and nice. Definitely will repeat later for special occasion. For me, the price definitely worth the money especially with the food that we ate.
