Perhaps we expected too much, but the seating was not very comfortable. The food was ok. Requested a chicken salad, dressing on the side. Came out with dressing mixed in. Salad was ok, if you like lots and lots of lettuce and cucumbers. Staff did take care of the salad mistake quickly.

Food was very average. And the waiter doesn't bother to pick up the drink from the bar a long time and the nachos was all soggy by the time it reached our table

Amazing chef!!! We got to met him too!!! We had salmon and short rib, really perfectly prepared and beautifully presentations !! The dessert (only one we had and was perfect), baked cheese cake topped with mix fruits, just amazing!!! We also have 1st class server, he ensured we had the best wine, foods and experience during the dinner!! Great and satisfying meal we had after disappointed meal the night before at their sister restaurant Lone Eagle Grill!!! Thank you Cutthroat Saloon’s Chef and you staff, you guys are stars!!!

Very fun place however the music (hard rock) was so loud we could not even hear our own conversation.

Food was perfectly prepared. meat cooked to perfection, salad crisp and well done several on-tap beers (I had a Blue Moon, but also Modelo and other good ones) in addition to all the favorite bottles. a little dark for my tastes - but a good sports bar type of place.
