   My two daughters booked this for us all for Mother’s Day…..I had been before but they hadn’t. On arrival they both said what a great setting it was and how nice the staff were…..then the food came out! They were amazed at the content, presentation and the level of service we received. The food was awesome. The breakfast cocktail was also amazing! We were even able to sit outside for our coffee as the weather was very kind to us and we enjoyed the fabulous view. We will all definitely be back soon, thank you.

   My husband and myself had a 7 course tasting menu bought as a present for our birthdays and I decided to have the wine pairing only as my husband is not a wine drinker, the food was excellent and the wines chosen by the sommelier were superb, I had not experienced a pairing with a meal before and some of the wines I would not have chosen due to personal taste but because the sommelier had worked very closely with the chef and their dishes the wines chosen complimented the food perfectly. He was very knowledgeable and had a nice way about himself as were all the waiters/waitresses. The ambience is very relaxed and chilled. It's not cheap but you are enjoying an experience with high standard food and service so would definitely recommend.

   Great food and the service was first class. First visit and will definitely go again. Only negatives are not easiest to find and parking is non existent. Didn’t in anyway spoil our experience though.

   Chose off the bistro menu. Wild garlic veloute was excellent, mains good but not as memorable. Lovely spot by the weir. Not so busy when we went for lunch so not much atmosphere. Wine list good and varied. Service friendly and not intrusive. Would return if in the area…

   As it was Mother's Day we asked for a table overlooking the weir which was delivered. We hadn't been to Darleys for a while and we were very impressed. Parking was a nightmare. There literally is nowhere to park. Darleys suggested parking in the Rugby club car park which clearly says No trespassing. So I parked in Folly Lane. Glad I did as the Rugby club gates were locked when we came past after lunch. Be careful. We shall be back
