We ordered several items to share. The baba ganoush was really excellent. Also highly recommend the cardamom gimlet.

We had gluten free, vegetarians, and vegans in our party of six, and everyone was really happy with their food. I chose it for those options but also mainly because it was so close to the event venue we were going to afterwards. We all said we’d plan to go back, so kudos!

Very tasty quality food! We had lamb stew and lamb shank. Servers were very attentive, friendly.

1) poor food quality 2) food taste horrible , extremely salty , overcooked, burnt. 3) very expensive for fast food quality food 4) 1 stall bathroom outdoor, yes outside of main restaurant !!!

We go to untried restaurants with neighbors every few weeks and read good reviews about Darsalam. We loved it as soon as we walked into the cozy spot full of momentos and photographs (!) of Iraq. My only quibble is the price, which was surprisingly high, but then I realized that we'd had a bottle of wine plus enough food for us to each take home practically another meal. We will go again for certain, but order less food. The kabobs were exceptional, as was the beet salad, but one was plenty to split 4 ways, and we ordered 2. Lovely staff, cozy spot and great food!

The food has always been excellent with fresh ingredients and great spices. One improvement that could be made is to serve individual portions of pita bread. They give you a big one for the table and everybody has to tear a piece with their hands.
