   Our experience was trash. I hate we set out to come here for my daughter’s graduation. Orders weren’t taken until after an hour. Food took forever. Drinks were made incorrectly (and the bartenders decided to speak about us negaticely in our face). Games were great shoutout to the lady working the gaming station. However, we won’t be back and with my influence? Plenty of people will also steer clear.

   I made a reservation on May 17th for a large team dinner. Although the reservation was made at the last minute, I truly appreciated how accommodating the manager, De’Kendrick (DK), was throughout the process. He ensured that we had a section, and my family, who arrived first, was seated promptly and able to place our order. Our appetizer arrived in a timely manner, but once the rest of our party began arriving, the servers shifted their focus to the newer guests. Since we had arrived early and placed our orders first, we assumed our meals would come out sooner, which would have also helped ease the pressure on the servers as the group grew. Unfortunately, despite arriving at 7:50 PM, we did not receive our food until 10:49 PM. Throughout the evening, we asked our server several times for updates, and each time we were told it would be “just 10–15 more minutes.” Sensing our frustration, the server eventually brought over DK, who was incredibly apologetic and quick to address the issue. Thanks to DK’s professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction, the situation was resolved, and he turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. If not for his efforts, this review likely wouldn’t be as positive. DK is truly a gem and a valuable asset to your establishment!

   The waiting service was horrible I waited about 25-30mins for some chicken tenders. But,over all I loved the place i do recommend going and just order your food way before hand.

   It took 30 minutes for a server to come over, an hour to get my food and no drink refills. Not worth $70 for 2 orders of cheesesticks, nachos, wings, and a small salad.

   Well once we was there I should have know by a staff member to reserve a table for my Grandson and his friends to sit and eat, of course this was my first time her and I did like the place!, but the staff members need better customer service! Period! And training. The front area booth was dirty !! Trash tissue and mess was in that stand area where I guess employees be sometimes . Overall the establishment is as very nice we place go come just need staff to know how to greet and know their job!!. Oh I almost forgot I sat there over one hour and 30 min to be seated to be told they lost it and that I wasn’t there and five min Grace was over and I never !!! Left , when the young lady literally saw us and also told me I can sit on the bench until my table was ready.

   Waitress misinformed us on the eat and play combo and said it equals the same as buying the play separate. There were several games that we were tapping to play and would not let us play so we lost credit and also it was saying it was giving us tickets, but it was actually giving us half of what we won. And management wouldn’t do anything about it so it was a little frustrating, but our kids had fun  despite everything that happened

    Amazing staff. We were greeted immediately when we arrived. Taken to our table and the service was very good. Had a great time clean restrooms clean floor awesome atmosphere.
