   Overall experience was poor. We had 9 people so they automatically charged gratituety. I ordered an alcohol drink was identified over the age and was served a virgin. We had to ask for refills multiple times before receiving them. Our food took over an hour. People who came after us were served first. This was for my son's 15th birthday and I wished I picked some where else due to the experience. After we receive our food, Lemon didn't check on us. Want ranch, is your food okay, anything. I probably will not go back as it was horrible experience for all of us. I didn't eat my food. However, no other option besides not to eat.

   It was my first time dining and visiting here with my family . I can say I really liked the atmosphere and the service was really good . Our waitress was really nice and patient at explaining the menu and the deals for the powercards. She was also very attentive during our whole stay there. I also liked we were given a good table couple a steps to the arcade. The food was served at an adequate time and was pretty good. I really recommend their boneless wings and the Burgers. Also we had a great time at the arcade . Overall I was very happy with the visit. I will definitely go back again .

   One of the best dining experiences in a long time. Never had an empty glass. Food was excellent too.

   Although the food was good, the service was less to be desired. It took over an hour for us to get dinner. We also had to ask for condiments a couple of times before they were provided.

   Do it make the reservation to dave and busters you won't regret it make sure to check costco for discounted gift cards and egift cards.. and also check Groupon before you make reservations so save some money...and use a credit card to hold reservation not your debit card .. it's just safer

   If your going just for food don’t go, I think that place is meant for kids and adults who just want to have a little fun in the arcade. Definitely eat somewhere else it’s not a “foodie” spot but more of a fun place to go when you don’t have any other options.

   We were there to celebrate my grandson's birthday, but two NFL games were going on, so it was very noisy. We were good with that, however. Jeff, at the check in desk was amazing. We had two 6 person reservations, and he made sure we could all be together. It took a minute, but he worked his magic. Our server was amazing. I cannot remember her first name, but she said there were three servers with the same first name, so I needed to include a B for her last name, so everyone knew it was her. She was so patient with all 11 of us and came back often to check on us. She brought candles and plates for cake. I appreciate her so much.

    Honestly, for ours sons 16th Birthday it was an absolute disaster 😫.. got our table, ordered.. got 3 eat & play (1. smash brgr plain meat/cheese only, 2. Ckn sndwch, 3. Ckn strips) 1 fish & chips 2 apps of boneless wings, asked for xtra celery, and thousand dressing instead of ranch.. (NO Ranch) *asked for 2 apps & salad out 1st.. So, here comes all the food but my husband's ckn sndwch plate.. My Son's burger had sauce/Lettuce. (He's allergic to lettuce!) The 2 apps of wings were cold. The chicken strips looked kinda pink! We asked 1 runner to replace my Son's burger, it was supposed to be plain.. it came back with (no cheese!) And the burger looked mangled..The young runner (Shawn) shook his head, rolled his eyes and dropped the plate in front of my son! He's lucky I didn't grab him by the neck & teach him some manners, but I didn't want to embarrass my son! it was taken back a 2nd time! The 2 apps had ALL Ranch! We said NO Ranch! The 2 new apps came out now with NO Fries! And after all that my husband still didn't get his ckn sandwich! & no utensils! I had to get up & ask on my own! We are all easy going, didn't act crazy, and still dealt with this! It ruined the whole bday experience for my son & when his burger came out , he was so disappointed, he didn't even want to eat, and said , " I wish we didn't come here!" My heart sank.. it was so disturbing.. we talked to the floor mgr & said she would give a discount, my husband didn't wanna pay for anything but the 3 play cards that came with the meals.. she couldn't do that.. it was all horrible! After all that , guess what came out? 1 little cup of thousand island dressing! We all looked at each other , like? You got to be serious! We went to use the game cards to change the Vibe and , OMG, the woman's bathroom was dirty, no toilet Paper! Just a mess! People, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone!
