   We sat for almost 30mins with no acknowledgment from a server. She couldn’t remember who ordered what when food was brought to the table. Took almost an hour to get our food.

   Reserving a table is the way to go! The service was friendly, the food was delicious as always, and we had a blast playing the games! And now you can purchase extra tickets at the redemption counter if you have your eye on a prize but are short on tickets! Love that!!

   The Dave and Busters experience is fantastic for families and kids alike. The service is great and food plentiful. The only issue we encountered with our group of 8 adults and three young children was a disconnect when our food order was brought out. 5 plates were served and the other 5 did not come out for 12-15 minutes later. We were told that the runners who bring food out were having issues, regardless, a manager should have come over to address this issue and none were to be found/seen.

   Worst visit since January, began visiting during the NFL 2024-25 Season and began using open table. Tonight, Saturday March 1, 2025, we decided to dinner and have our granddaughter enjoy the game room. They didn’t have a table for the six we requested for 5pm. They placed use in a booth, at the time we decided it wasn’t a big deal and excepted the booth. From that point on service went down hill, when we finally was able to order our meal, everything was cold. They credited use for two meals, and hand a hard time paying our table with the broken handheld device, while trying to pay with a debt card they had a hard time processing, but after a good 20 minutes of waiting for waitress to return with our receipt and our bank card, we requested a copy of the transaction. We waited 15 minutes and asked for a manager and explained all of what transpired and requested a copy of our receipt. This D&B is under staffed, we’ve decided to never return for dinning out to eat. There process of cashing out should change until their handheld devices are repaired. If you have an extra hour to sit around waiting for your server for items to enjoy your dinner, refills, salt & pepper, tarter sauce for your Fish & Chips and get just mayonnaise, then please visit this D&B!

   Surprisingly the food and cocktails were very good! Dave and Buster’s has really amped up their dining experience. We went to celebrate a 39th birthday. We had the pot stickers, cheese flatbread, cheeseburger sliders, California chicken club, and Cajun shrimp pasta. Everything was delicious. The dipping sauce for the pot stickers and the pasta dish was a little spicy but not too spicy. The sliders and pizza both had a good flavor. The food wasn’t terribly expensive but the cocktails are more expensive than average although they were tasty. Overall a great experience

   Good was great service not so much once we got our drinks he never came back to our table to see how everything was or if we needed anything, we waited forever for the check

    The hostess was great. That’s about it. Our waiter disappeared and never checked on us. Our apps came and we didn’t have silverware to eat them. A random waitress walked by and got them for us. They were cold by the time we ate them. Drinks never got refilled our orders were wrong but by the time he came back we just didn’t feel like dealing with it. My husband doesn’t like to complain or i would have. Horrible.
