   Steak was tough ordred an 18 oz bone in filet it was not seasoned. Mashwd potatoes were not flavored nor was mac n chz. French onion soup was great as well as the rolls.

   My fiancé and I spent his birthday evening at Dean’s. The food was delicious and service was good. The noise level was surprising, but I must say the food made up for it. We highly recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out.

   Our steaks were absolutely delicious! Our server, Tyler, was attentive and helpful with our menu questions. It was a little bit noisy near the bar but the food more than makes up for it!

   The food was delicious and the service was excellent except for the ladies at the hostess stand.They weren't very friendly. The seating is tight. We had a reservation for 6 but felt right up against the people behind us. The sides weren't very warm. Very expensive restaurant but we would consider returning for another special occasion just based on how good the entrees were! Steak was delicious and the seafood was excellent. Parking right next to the restaurant but it was expensive.After spending so much on the food it was strange that the restaurant doesn't validate parking.

   This was not our first time at Dean’s, but I’m not sure we’ll be back. Although the service was wonderful, the food was a bit of a disappointment. We ordered the Tomahawk steak for the three of us, expecting that to be more than enough. Unfortunately it was very fatty, which left us all feeling as though we only had a few good bites each. I love marbling and a little fat, and the bites we did have were delicious, but at a cost of $250, we felt cheated. Additionally, we ordered two lobster tails, one of which we needed to send back, as it wasn’t cooked enough. Again, the service was wonderful , but for the $600+ we spend on dinner, the value simply was not there.

   The food just isn’t it anymore. We’ve dined here a few times, first time being the best. Their food quality has not improved since then. Also, if you’re charging $10 for still water, I’d expect it to be in a glass bottle, not plastic. We paid $100 for waygu that came out cold, had to ask for another hot skillet. Wagyu should be buttery and melt in your mouth, not chewy and cold. My filet was extremely charred on the outside (even though I asked for it to be medium,) kind of overwhelming the taste. The bread service and crab cake were good. We asked for truffles on our mashed potatoes and those were hard and lacked flavor. The server was great, and we do love the ambience. The drinks and wine are good as well. It’s just unfortunate the food doesn’t deliver.

   Steak was amazing. Perfectly how we wanted it to be. Service was also amazing. Unfortunately there was some rubber plastic thing in our tiramisu. But the major gave us something special that made this place a solid 9.4/10. Everything else was amazing! They even gave us a lemon cheesecake for our anniversary! Thank you Dean’s Italian steakhouse!!

   The experience was exceptional, everyone a MUST me and my love thought it was everything! Purchase the pre bottle of Moet just sets the mood with the oysters 🥰
