    Visiting PA from NM and found this gem on Open Table. Three diners, two different glasses of wine and an Old Fansioned started our adventure. Treated ourselves to the Brussels sprouts and they were outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. Sara(h) our server sold us on the nighty special of a Prime Rib Stroganoff. We also settled on Rigatoni and another pasta dish with pulled chicken topped with a poached egg. All three entrees were very good and I would recommend them. Bread came with the meal and the rolls were warm, and soft. All in all, DeBlaze at 131 was a fantastic evening out. Shout out to Sara(h) our super friendly and attentive server.

    We reserved a bar area seating on the app, when we arrived the server told us we had to sit at the bar only, not any tables in the bar. The food took over an hour to get, I’ve never seen anything like it. Everything was really salty and overpriced for what you’re getting considering you’re paying $30 minimum per dish.

    Great food and services! Our waitress was wonderful, kept checking on us! The place was all decorated pretty for Christmas, perfect for our Christmas lunch party! Holiday cocktails was delicious!!! Definitely will come back!

    Four of the six people in my party are in the restaurant business, tough group to please. They LOVED it !!! We will be back !!

    Food was overpriced and terrible. The wedge salad has a honey glaze and no option for blue cheese dressing. Pasta sauce had no flavor and the bread was even bad.

    Our dinner at DeBlaze at 131 was delicious! This has become a favorite of our. Each meal has been outstanding with friendly accommodating service. The seasonal drinks add a nice touch.
