   I was going to order the short braised ribs but they were out so I got the cold broiled lobster tail. Once it came out and they carved it, I could tell it was severely under cooked. The Mac and cheese was oily and no flavor, the asparagus was very plain and not worth the money at all. I’m sure there are many other restaurants in Denver that are more worth it for way less, the hole in the wall restaurants are way better then this place 100%

   We dine at Del's regularly & know Xmas is tough for the staff in its entirety but had a very poor experience on 12/25. Great service to start but food wasn't cooked to temperature, sides were cold, a shared tomahawk came out whole & not even cut off bone so diners could share (usually done by chef). Additionally, ordered 2nd round of drinks including wine after finishing apps & weren't delivered until main courses were nearly finished. Bad timing throughout service. Hope this experience was an anomaly given the holiday. Highly disappointed given the cost.

   Our waiter was terrific and very attentive to a group of challenging guests! My husband and I split a New York Prime Strip and while my lower triangular piece was tender and tasty, his piece was tough To cut and to eat. Calamari appetizer was tasty but overly spicy to our taste. We had a lovely evening.

   The waiter tried his best (Ryan), but the table was way too close to the walking path of others. The other wait staff kept bumping into the back of us when getting to other tables. He also didn't dust the table regularly. The food was ok but I was saving room for the butter cake and I was so disappointed! It was very crumbly and dry. The general manager was on the floor but didn't speak to our table at all. Then, at the end a random woman tried to sell us on a membership. The overall experience was less than desirable. The best part of the experience was the valet twins! They were friendly and personable and made us feel welcomed right away. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon.

   Have wanted to try there for a while, we were not disappointed. The food was excellent - the rolls, wagyu meatballs, and crabcake appetizers were delicious. The steaks were great and cooked to perfection, the mashed potatoes and broccolini were prefect complements. The hot butter cake and the lemon cake were fantastic. Our server was Emily and she and the rest of the serving team made the meal a really great dining experience - so glad we finally made it there.

   We tried to celebrate my Son’s birthday but multiple errors ruined the evening. First, the waiter was incredibly slow and forgetful. 4 of our 8 orders were cooked incorrectly. Food came out at different times and sauces were forgotten Two of the orders they could not correct. They were unable to cook a filet “medium rare “ the kitchen tried three times but it was awful. One order of “medium” was served “rare” and they never came back to correct that person’s steak. We became worried that meat was not cooked to temperature in the middle. We had several orders of Filet minion that had cool/cold interiors not warm or hot. The side dishes were ok, but seemed very oily and salty Not very much fun. Won’t be eating here ever again. We did receive credit for one filet and one ribeye and 30 dollars. Not enough to make up for all of the mistakes. We felt very ripped off and not taken care of. Food was bad
