   Used to love this restaurant, won’t be returning. We were seated over 20 minutes with no waiter visiting the table. I flagged several servers down to ask if someone would come and they said someone would be shortly. I had to go to the BAR to get a glass of water for my daughter because we waited so long. Finally a repeat server was flagged down and I told her still no one had come, can she do something to help. She said she would “get us started.” We gave our full order since we had been sitting with menus for 30 minutes at that point. We ordered drinks, appetizers and meals. My daughter’s appetizer was the first thing to arrive, before drinks and at least 10-15 minutes before the other appetizers arrived. I was getting up to speak with a manager when the drinks finally arrived and the waitress said they ran out of the soup and that was the delay for the other two appetizers. The meals came timely - I ordered a dozen oysters and 8 out of the 12 were HALF FROZEN!!!!!! Aka not fresh. So disappointed. My mom had fish (halibut I believe) and said it was delicious. At least one thing went well. I love the ambiance of this restaurant and am so sad for the experience we had. I will never return here for a meal although might visit the bar at some point for a cocktail.

   Great food, ate in the vault so noise was lower. Much louder in the main dining room. Good service

   Augustine our server was EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable and attentive but not overbearing. Food was delicious and the restaurant is tastefully decorated for the holidays. Everyone we interacted with was polite and welcoming.

   My wife and I have eaten here several times for her birthday and we’ve enjoyed the experience every single time!!! The service was fantastic, the food was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be back soon!!

   Terrible steak. Manager arrogant. Way overpriced for the quality. Only redeeming quality was the drink. The VIP martini is excellent.

   I went to Del Frisco to celebrate my birthday with my family. I am so grateful to our server Michael who was fantastic. He was kind hearted, professional, sweet and made the night delightful. His description of the menu was amazing. Our food was excellent , from the appetizers to our entrees. We had crab cakes and steak rolls for starters. Oh my gosh the crab cakes are so savory. My son and I had the prime rib and my mom pork chop. The steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. My mom loved the pork chop and stated it was the best she ever had. Thanks for a great birthday and I will see you soon!
