   Bar staff was loud and crude towards each other and other staff members. Service slow, maybe due to staffing but no reason not to touch tables. Somm confused by a basic question about the wine list and poured sediment. Filet and lobster came out cold. Second attempt lobster was better but not even a half-portion. Filet came out worse than first. Creamed spinach temperature was inconsistent. Ribeye and baked potato were wonderful. Filet was taken off bill but entire experience suffered and left us very disappointed. We’ve had phenomenal experiences in Charlotte and DC.

   It’s winter time and the restaurant was cold. Wish it was a little warmer. It’s hard to enjoy food while you’re cold.

   The ambience is great. The service tonight(Xmas eve) was very disappointing. It was so very slow. The welcoming on the hostess was non existence. She /He didn’t greet us and was walking so fast, we couldn’t keep up. Our server ( David) was very accommodative and familiar with the menu. The kitchen was very slow with meal preparation. Maybe not enough staff. I had the sea bass and it was good. My husband had the scallops, they were just ok. We may eat here again, but it won’t be for Xmas or New Years Eve.

   Food was good but service was very very slow. Took us over an hour and a half just to get bread and salad.

   My wife and I celebrate her educational achievements lastnight. The ambiance was nice but the food was overpriced and did not taste good. The food NEEDS FLAVOR

   We were one of three tables in the restaurant. Service was slow and disjointed. We ordered a bottle of wine that was not presented and brought already opened to our table. The food runner dropped our serving spoon and just walked away. All of the food was lukewarm warm. There are many other options for steakhouses in the immediate area, try one of them instead.

    Service was absolutely horrible! The waitress could not handle 3 large tables. Waited over 30 minutes for cocktails, wine and bread to our table. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. When I brought it up to the Mgr, she said want me to move you to another table? Why should have to move? They gave us another waitress better but things got progressively worse. Appetizers came and yes delicious but then I had to clear our table because no one was around as they should have been. In addition no one asked if wanted more cocktails. Main course came, 2 steak dishes the added on scallops were missing and 1 steak was completely over done when it should have been medium rare. That steak was taken back and another one was brought out. That steak although to the eye looked medium rare, the steak in middle was ice cold. I personally took dish to kitchen where the GM was at. I explained the frustration and was told that how it should be. My eyes were in disbelief and said her was wrong. He took it back and within a few minutes brought another to table. GM gave me his card and repeatedly continued to apologize. First time ever there for some of my party and was ultimately disappointed. Really wanted our holiday dinner for 8 to be special but was awful. I suggest you go to the buckhead location we’re service has always been and food exceptional!
