   We were so excited to celebrate our special occasion and unfortunately the dinner didn’t live up to expectations. Our meat was served rare and we ordered medium well. One of the sides had a nut sauce and we had shared that my wife had an allergy and after one bite, began to feel it in her throat. Fortunately she knew immediately to stop.

   Ok, thanksgiving day, so the place was very busy, but the staff handled it perfectly. Food could have been hotter from the delicious butternut squash bisque to the turkey dinners. Biggest problem for us was the annoying loud music, very unpleasant. When a manager asked how everything was i sad good except for the loud music. He just nodded and walked away!

   The ladies at the front were not very personable. Our server was fantastic ! Food was just ok. The music, which was a bit clubby, was way too loud for a dining room for an upscale restaurant.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner for two at Del Fresco’s on Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. The Butternut Soup was a delicious starter, with generous portions of one of our favorites. The roast turkey breast was nice and moist with all the traditional accompaniments. The finale - amazing pumpkin pie. Obviously they have an in-house pastry chef. Service was timely and courses paced perfectly. The servers and the kitchen were obviously professionals. We had a great night. This is our new go to spot in Broward. -Thank you

   It was pretty messy from the beginning. First, we were given the wrong table then later asked if we had a reservation (as if we’d walked in off the street and just sit at any table we’d like). Our server was lovely but wholly inexperienced (she never asked us if we wanted drinks a we had to ask her - we had to ask for steak knifes and she didn’t even understand that sides could be ordered irrespective of the number entrees, say if we wanted to share). And that doesn’t include her wasting a martini on my sister’s white blouse. We were overall unpleased with our experience (and some of the food) at Del Frisco’s this time. We were looking for a lovely Thanksgiving experience, since we couldn’t celebrate at home, and that was absolutely NOT what we got. We’ve frequented DF around the Country and we were super surprised with what we experienced.

   Thanksgiving dinner was very rushed. Food was decent but getting the first course before getting a drink was absurd. Lack of paying attention.

   Thanksgiving dinner did not disappoint! Delicious roast turkey, squash bisque start, pumpkin pie finish! Enough for leftovers! And our server, Jackie was awesome.
