   I have been to multiple Del Frisco’s locations including Dallas, Chicago, and Philadelphia. I had great experiences at all of them so I figured the Fort Lauderdale location would be the same. I was wrong. Let’s start with the smoked Old Fashioned which was completely missing the smoke. A restaurant of high caliber would smoke it table side but not here. By the time it was dropped off to me there was zero smoke. The service was awful. Our server seemed to be either overwhelmed or it was his first night or both. I can understand if he was busy and maybe a little stressed but he was extremely rude at the same time. The rest of the meal was mediocre. My almost $60 New York strip was overcooked. I asked for medium rare but it came out medium to medium well. The creamed spinach had what seems to be pounds of pepper in it. We skipped dessert because at that point it wasn’t worth it. Will not come back. I should have stuck with Eddie V’s or Lobster Bar nearby on Las Olas.

   Our new year's eve was less enjoyable by our server that really needs to find another profession. His manner was off putting, he disappeared for long periods of time and he forgot our appetizers then brought each one after we reminded them and then put the order in for them after we had dinner and they came to our table we sent them back

   Jackie our server was outstanding. We missed out on key lime pie because it was ready. Overall could be more light. It was very dark at 6pm

   We never saw our server after we ordered. We ask for bread it never came. A server delivered our steaks. The manager came over to ask how everything was. We did not ask for her. We told her we never received our sides and the bread. When our server gave ur our check she was very nasty. The assistant manager was defensive argumentative. The assistant manager and our server possessed no people skills. We eat out almost every night and have never been treated poorly. We will not return and we hope you don’t either

    Our Xmas dinner was perfect!! It was very busy because of the holiday, but our food was delicious, snd our wsitress was extraordinary! Thank for making our evening special!
