   Service was extremely slow. Kids meals and salad took over 45 minutes to arrive

   Took over 30 min to get drinks, steaks did not have sauce on it, never got water refilled. When we arrived we were one of two tables outside… so busy isn’t the excuse. We had a lot of grace but when one thing after the other has to be asked for at a $500+dinner it’s not okay. Very disappointed. The hostesses did a great job! Best I have ever experienced here!!

   Great menu for a Christmas birthday - and a teenager who loves steak. We had no issue getting our reservation on time. The music playlist was less than awesome but the space was quiet otherwise. When we asked for bread, it took 20-30 minutes (arrived after our entrees) and the waiter regularly ask if our older teens wanted soda refills instead of just bringing them. Steaks were delish, sides were a hit, and the pretzel bread with honey cinnamon butter was a fun surprise.

   Seems that it was a very busy night, had a reservation for 8, got there 15 or so minutes early. Wasn’t seated until after 8:30. Could definitely tell people were getting upset however we weren’t on a time crunch! Food and service was excellent!! Made up for the wait, but wait was still somewhat inconvenient!

   We throughly enjoyed our experience at Del Frisco Grill. On the Saturday night before Christmas, we were seated within 10 min of our reservation time and our meal was served in a timely manner. Quality of the meal and service was excellent.

   Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time, only to be told that they had given our reservation away to someone else with the same first name 2 hours earlier. Nobody apologized for the error, but they did rebook us and told us we would be seated soon therafter. We were not seated for another 45 minutes. After being seated, no one addressed us for another 15 minutes, even though several surrounding tables had waiters attending to them and giving them drinks/appetizers. Even some tables were seated a good 10-15 minutes after us and still got their appetizers before us (same party size). Regardless, we waited it out and the food was phenomenal, which it always has been every time we have come. Normally, I wouldn’t be the type to leave a review like this because I understand that holiday season is busy and sometimes restaurants are understaffed, but a simple “sorry for the wait” or “we apologize for the error on our end” would really go a long way. We’ve had very good experiences in the past, so it was just disappointing to say the least.

   In all fairness it was the Saturday before Christmas and the whole of Sundance Square was over the top in noise and people and confusion We were seated earlier than our reservation, thank you for that. We were upstairs and it was controlled chaos. We waited forever for our wine, bar was slammed and we had decided to split the 10oz prime rib. When it finally came there was only 1 plate and staff took 5 minutes to bring us the second plate. Steak was overcooked and the $12 grilled asparagus was stringy, and the mashed potatoes had separated from its butter. I understand kitchen and staff were all overwhelmed but maybe just take 2 less reservations in any given 20 min. period. It is not a place I would recommend on a super busy evening. Will not do this one again!

   We were seated outside and there was a Extremely Loud event - so loud you could not hear or have a conversation with your party. I asked if we could move inside as there were several unoccupied booths.Server said he would ask a manager - never got a response so I found a manager he said he would check. Was gone for 15 minutes by that time we had our food, which was disappointing. Fish tasted old and steaks were cold.This is one of the worst managed resturants in Ft. Worth. Being a Landry’s President Club Member you would expect better but not at this location. My recommendation is don’t eat here !

    We had a reservation, but only table was next to door which blew in cold air every time a waiter went in or out. After much back and forth with staff, we decided the enclosed outside area was warmer, but the heater near our table wasn’t working. Expensive meal, but uncomfortable and noisy.
